BCBC is a 3,000 square foot training facility located in North Portland, underneath the mighty span of the Fremont Bridge. The N. Russell corridor is withing many emerging areas, such as the N. William Corridor, Mississippi, as well as the established Irvington, Overlook,  Boise, Elliot, King, Sabin and Arbor Lodge neighborhoods.

North Russell Street was once a host to several saloons. Now it houses one of Portland’s oldest bars McMenamins: The White Eagle Saloon & Hotel. Two blocks from Widmer Brewery a block away from delicious Tamales at Tamale Boy and more libations at Portland’s Craft Beer Lab, Labrewatory.

Between the hours of 7:30-1:30 you can grab a cup of coffee from Bernstein’s Bagles, find hair care at Wildroot Salon, how to and hands on cooking classes at Portland Culinary Workshop.  We are also within walking distance of Emanuel Hospital and Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy.

  • Premier  Membership*  $400
    • Unlimited Membership – $175

 

    • 3x Week   Membership  – $150

 

    • 2x Week   Membership – $125

 

  • 10 Class Punch Pass    $200

Jay Personal Training   $110/hr
Erin Personal Training  $80/hr
*Premier Membership includes unlimited classes, 4 hours personal training per month, and nutritional counseling. Minimal commitment of 3 months required. Contact for details.
