Saturday’s Bridgetown CrossFit WOD was first done on Wednesday June 29, 2011. It was the first ever WOD done at BCBC and started off with a very enthusiastic group that showed up at 6am.  Thank you to everyone who has put their trust in us as coaches. It has been a privilege to help you meet your goals for fitness, performance, and wellness. Our greatest reward over the last year has been witnessing the results of your hard work.  Thank you for recognizing this day, we are amazed and deeply touched by your generosity.  Your dedication just makes us want to work harder in the coming year. ~ Erin and Jay
