Max Power Snatch

Today’s WOD is one of those “Earned” not given workout. We understand the complexity of the Olympic Lifts here at Bridgetown CrossFit and we expect out CrossFit population to have the competency and proficiency of the moment. This means they are able to perform the movement well underdress either in a high rep workout or an all-out maximal effort. Those who are newer to the lifts, need to earn the ability by building kinesthetic awareness and solid strength foundation.

Power Snatch

Build up to heavy 1 Rep Max
THEN 90% 3×1, 85% 2×2, 80% 1×3

Every 2 Minutes for 12 Minutes
3 Power Snatch (75% of 1)
6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
9 Toes to Bar
