Unbroken Chest to Bar Pull-up Ladder

For Ladder, first round perform 1 rep, 2 reps in the second round, 3 in the third ect. Continue “up the ladder” for as long as you can with UNBROKEN chest to bar pull-ups. That means if you can not complete the rep or lose your grip restart the ladder at 1 rep and continue up again.
