75 pounds One Arm DB Power Snatch
Assault Bike or Concept 2 – Calories

 “It is sad, but it is true.

The CrossFit Football program has reached it’s end of days. I realize that you are probably upset, but I assure you that no one is more upset than me. CrossFit Football has been a part of my life since 2008. It is the original program that I wrote for the masses.

It is the original platform that stirred up the need for my blog, Talk To Me Johnnie. The program was the inspiration for the seminar that was behind it. It was the original followers of CrossFit Football who identified the need for something bigger than the SWOD and DWOD.

The seminar doesn’t go away. The CrossFit Football Seminar is being replaced by the CrossFit Specialty Course: Sport Specific Application. This is still being taught by myself and the crew from Power Athlete.

The programming as you know it is going away, but CrossFit Football will live on in a different form. I will be posting the last 14 days of programming here.

CrossFit Football has changed. It’s evolved.

It is bigger. It is better. It is….

Johnnie WOD packs the same training punch that you love, it’s just that now it’s packed up in a magnum sized golden wrapper each day for you to go WOD DEEP.

While I am sad that CrossFit Football is shutting down, I couldn’t be more excited for Johnnie WOD. I hope to see you guys there. Check the post on Talk To Me Johnnie called What CrossFit Football Taught Me to leave any comments or voice any concerns you might have.
