Build up to heavy 2+2 Clean + Push Jerk/Push Press
Then (85% of 2+2) 5x 2+3 Clean + Push Jerk/Push Press

“Ceiling Fan”
At the top of each minute starting at 1 stop to perform
5 Wall Balls
For Time (15 Minute Cap):
21 Clean and Push Jerk (70% of 2+2)
100 Double Unders
21 Clean and Push Jerks (70% of 2+2)

If you do not have a barbell you can use any weighted implement to perform the clean and jerk/press. Sandbags are a great option for this workout.

Double Under substitution: replace double unders 1:3 with single skips. If you do not have a jump rope 1:1 mountain climber substitution. You can bring the knee to the opposition elbow for an added challenge.

Wall Ball substitution: goblet squat jumps or star jumps, goblet reverse lunges 3/3.
