In a 5 minute work block complete:
2 Rounds
20 (10/10) Lateral Goblet Squats
12 (6/6) Windmill (50’s/35’s)
20 (10/10) Lateral Goblet Squats
9 Clean and Push Jerk
20 (10/10) Lateral Goblet Squats
6 Thrusters
rest with any remaining time

In a 5 minute work block complete:
2 Rounds
21 Over-and-Back Dumbbell Hops
6 Thrusters
21 Over-and-Back Dumbbell Hops
9 Clean and Push Jerk
21 Over-and-Back Dumbbell Hops
12 (6/6) Windmills

This workout could easily be modified to be done without a weight. Replace the Thrusters with Burpees and the Clean and Push Jerk with Star Jumps!
