Buy-In: 100 Double Unders
Into Max Rounds:
6 Lateral Dumbbell Burpees
12 Dumbbell Front Squats (50’s/35’s)

Rest 5 Minutes

9 Dumbbell Thrusters (50’s/35’s)

AMRAP 5:
Buy-In: 100 Double Unders

6 Lateral Dumbbell Burpees
6 From the ground Dumbbell Clean to Overhead (50’s/35’s)

If you don’t have a dumbell a barbell would be a great substitute or a sand bag. If you don’t have either of those – head down to the gym and do 8 Rounds of Prowler pushes with 5 push-ups between rounds.
