Erin Zwier-Tieder


Erin’s experience comes from over 14 years of competitive high school, collegiate sports, Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit experience.

Erin’s coaching career began in 2005 as an Assistant Rowing Coach at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.  Erin was also a member of the coaching group at Team Concepts,LLC in Philadelphia. A corporate team building company that exposes everyday employees to the sport of rowing and the importance of team work in only 2 days.

With a rich background in both competitive sports, general fitness and corporate management, Erin is equipped with the necessary techniques to work with a wide variety of clients.

Erin earned Varsity letters while in high school in Rowing, Swimming, Cross Country and Track and Field. Rowing earned Mrs. Tieder a scholarship to Drexel University, where she led her team to three of the most successful seasons in school history, while pursuing a degree in Biomechanics and Human Performance Engineering. Erin led the crew to the first women’s team appearance at the prestigious Women’s Henley Regatta on the Thames River, Henley England in 2005. Since then Drexel Women’s Rowing has returned twice.

Erin turned her athletic focus on Olympic Weightlifting in 2006 and has competed as a member of East Coast Gold, the largest and most successful weightlifting team in the country at the national level, at 63kg ever since:
